We are now in the process of building our Priority List of potential purchasers, which we would like you to be a part of. This list is being developed in order of the time and date of expression of interest, based on the following steps:

Send us an email so we can time stamp your initial interest.
Declare your interest by confirming with your sales executive, pending receipt of a signed Declaration of Intent Letter (DIL), Escrow Agreement, and a refundable escrow deposit of $10,000.
Once we have the DILs all, in we will then be able to ‘officially’ confirm your position.
Once this is underway, based on your Priority Position, you will select your Real de Talpa home site, to be confirmed with the execution of a Reservation Agreement.

Please understand that it may be that we will have more DIL’s than home sites available, so it is advisable to act quickly if you do have an interest, as your Priority Listing is the order in which you choose. It also offers the additional incentive of lower pricing in each quartile of the first three. The first 1 to 5 choose their lot at $40,000; the second 6 to 10 choose their lots at $45,000; the third 11 to 15 choose their lots at $55,000 and the final 16 to 20 choose their lots at $60,000. Note, our CMA (Comparable Market Analysis) indicates lots selling in the area, are selling at $85,000 on average.
