Talpa is an authentic Mexican pueblo famous for its guava candy making, architecture and has the only maple forest in Mexico.

Once a gold mining town, it is most famous for its church built in 1644.
like a Mecca it attracts Mexicans from Guadalajara and Mexico City who make an annual religious pilgrimage to visit the Virgin of Talpa.

It is a really beautiful place, a place to escape summer heat and city hassle, a place to reunite ,connect, and cuddle with the essence of nature and reunite with your inner-self.
